Salthill Hotel - Galway

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and a lovely indoor pool. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay, which I appreciate. I'm coming back for Xmas!

Nice service, parking outside. Exceptionally comfortable room with lovely bed and a kettle, coffee, and an iron. A wide range of cheap food for continental breakfast. Super location in area nearby, well-maintained pool...

The room was needed cleaned breakfast and available with a great view.

Consider requesting a quiet room to ensure a restful sleep during your stay, as some rooms may have varying noise levels from neighbors.

We stayed in room 102 on the 1st floor, this room was very dark without any view whatsoever due to a metal wall being 6 foot from the room window, it was like being in an inside cabin of a sailing ferry. I would still recommend this hotel to other travellers but I would stress that they should avoid room 102 and adjacent rooms.

The hotel was nice and clean with a lovey garden across the road and the sea shore opposite.

I was dissapointed with the value for money. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, there was a big shower but no bath, there was very little teabags coffee milk and sugar in the room.. At breakfasttime we were seated at our table and had our cereal finished before anyone came to ask if we wanted tea coffee and toast, the scrambled egg was cold and the bacon was greasy and burnt. It was our first time there and deffinatly our last, We travel to Galway often and I must say this is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone

I was attending a Wedding there and it was very convenient to stay in the same hotel as the reception. Wonderful location.

I didn't like the sour face on the lady who checked me out the following morning. She was most unfriendly!!

Our room was so spacious and not a bit like other pokey hotel rooms. Definately the nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in!

Easy parking. Efficient and pleasant staff. Room warm and comfortable. Spacious entrance Views overlooking the sea great. Relaxed atmosphere

Perhaps the standard double room could have had two double beds rathar than one kingsize Not a major problem but maybe better use of space

Room condition needs attention!!! Some areas of the hotel exhibit outdated decor, and parking policies felt unnecessarily complicated. Please improve noise insulation to ensure a restful night's sleep for all guests!!!

The standard queen room with the bedroom, king size bed, for example. Handy and incredible location, very close to Ladies Beach. A magnificent restaurant and a main bar available. Friendly check in and late check out. Great pool.

Breakfast cold.

The decor was fab.The staff were very friendly and helpful.We had a room overlooking the ocean which was beautiful.The room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable.

The dance floor in the function was not smooth enough for dancing.

We stayed at the hotel for a friends wedding , the service and the food at the wedding was excellent. the bedrooms were comfortable but just a little hot during the night.

I enjoyed the spacious gym, but the bar service took too long.
